What to Expect and Preparing for A Session

It is routine when you book a session with a healer or psychic that your spirit begins to energetically prepare for the healing or session!

I do not use any tarot or cards in my readings.

It is normal for me to start picking up information, dreams and more up to a YEAR before a client is actually ready to come to me. It is very routine for me to begin to prepare to meet YOU . I begin to tune in and pick up info and dreams and things I may need to know via the spirit realms as we spiritually prepare together for the session prior.

It is typical for clients to feel a little more sensitive, needing a little more alone time to start “ downloading” things they may want to discuss, questions you may also want to ask, having dreams guiding you to what needs to be discussed or released. This is your spirit preparing for the session. You may even start dreaming or intuiting things WEEKS before the session!

It is routine for clients to be “drawn” to me and not knowing WHY exactly, but something within them knows they need a helping hand. It is a-ok to book a session you feel drawn to and not know why! We will figure this out together in the session and you will absolutely be astounded how much support, help and guidance can come through. EVERYTHING clicks into place! It is important to know that sometimes , a little firmness is needed to illumine where you may be holding yourself back, and where your personal spirit power is lacking.

Expect the session to be transformational, empowering, helpful, clarifying and one- of- a-kind! I love to help YOU into more spiritual honey!

You may find you need more rest, you may feel to create some more space and alone time before you come for your session. I recommend to journal a few nights before to help your energy to “open up”. You are most welcome to bring your journal/ questions with you to the session!

As well as psychic readings, we may delve into the chakra system, your energy body, anything that I am guided to bring up and help support you with.

It is very wise to stop all alcohol at least a week before a session, and to not come on high amounts of caffeine. Whether in person or via distance. I ask that you be respectful of our time together and the energies we are connecting in with! It is never wise to come to a reading or session after a “ big weekend”. It’s important you take the days prior to our session as “rest days”, as in you wind down in the evenings, you are not rushing about and you prepare yourself with love and kindness and take some space! High amounts of alcohol is a no- go - and it’s important you make sure you are keeping it simple on the led up to coming into a session with me.

If a client turns up to a session on ANY substance - your session will be forfeited without a refund. I will not willingly work with ANY client on a substance. It is also wise if you are having a Medical Medium Session or Cosmic Life Force Energy Healing in particular that you stop all usage of recreational substances at least a WEEK before the healing/ session. Recreational substances make it a lot harder for me to work with your energy-body as they create “distortions” and create heaviness or “clouds” in your energy-field. There is a high chance that if I pick up psychically there is recreational substance use I will not work with you. This includes any sort of psychedelics and regular use of ayahuasca. However, if you have been to an ayahuasca retreat and never felt the same and struggle to reintegrate yourself back into the real world- you may need a session.

Any rudeness or disrespect prior to commencing a session will not be tolerated. Your session will be refunded and you will be asked not to book with me again.

I ask that you are mindful of timing and that you turn up to a session at least 5- 10 minutes early ( in person and by distance). I will not be making up for lost time as I am running on a schedule with other clientele! If there is a no show- your session will be forfeited without refund. I will wait 10 minutes past the start time- and if there is no sight of you or any contact I will cancel the session and you will be asked not to book with me in future. This is at my own discretion.

It is important on the lead up to our session that you take some alone time in the evenings as your energy and spirit will begin to prepare! You may feel this! Keep it light, simple and low key! It is typical for your sensitivity to heighten.

The day of, you may feel “ heightened” , you diet may change and you may feel anticipation or even a little bit of anxiety - not knowing what will come through! Everything that comes through is for your BEST and HIGHEST good , along with the timing for the session. The Spirit Realms and your Higher Guidance work on the PERFECT timing for YOU!

You can expect to find it A LOT easier to open up and share things as a wealth of supportive guidance begins to come through to help illuminate and support you!

After your session, I will send your PDF notes along with after care depending on the session - you are most welcome to record the session on your end. You can 100% guarantee that you will walk out of a session feeling clarified, supported, light and a lot more excited for life! It is typical for client’s intuition, clarity and personal insight to deepen after a session with me!

How I work

I act as a channel/ medium in sessions and I am able to receive pristine clear insight from the higher realms. This can come through in visions, feelings, words, connections from past loved ones, spirit guides and your own higher connection. It is typical for me to start connecting into your energy up to a few days before a session. I also tend to connect with clients in my dreams long before they know they are coming.

I have the ability to read your energy-field and naturally start “reading” and deciphering in sessions what I am intuiting about your life, your essence, business, your health and wealth as well as receiving guidance from The Spirit Realms.

Prior to our session I start to “prepare” and begin to “download” insight and guidance for our session right before, as I feel you coming! During our session it can be incredibly loving, supportive, helpful and clarifying with a little bit of humour! I begin to receive things you may need help with, ( depending on the session- business sessions are more “matter of fact” and run a little differently).

In Business sessions I tend to read a vast range of energy. The energy of your business, the current cosmos flows, whats “coming up” and higher potentials. It is much like reading a road map of current energies! I am able to “see” above the noise and rely accurate insight into collective energies, trends, the market and more. They are amazing for business owners as I can accurately read the energy of YOUR business, your energy and how everything is interconnected and where your best business honey lies! I love to work with any type of business owner small or large.

I have been able to hon and strengthen all my clairs and psychic senses independently with guidance from The Spirit Realms , with clairvoyance being the main channel for me! As a child I was incredibly connected into the nature spirits. At the age of 10 I had my first visitation from my grandpa who had passed.
