Here in The Earthly Realm- many believe we are experiencing life with only the physical!
What many do not realise is that there is a wealth of energies that could be subtly influencing your life force, your thoughts, your quality of life AND your life direction!
The unseen is working with us every single day, whether we are aware of or not- including helpful spirits but also NOT so helpful spirits and energies!
To understand this concept more fully- we begin to view people in terms of FREQUENCY- in that just as you have naughty- not nice spirits- you also have people who embody a similar energy or currency to those not-nice naughty spirits.
Once we get a grasp on energy and the spirit world- we become a lot more competent and confident in navigating the everyday world when we understand the SPIRIT WORLD and the forces “ at play” in our lives.
Because we are one of a kind unique souls with unique energies- we ALL experience The Earthly Realm in a different way- it is IMPOSSIBLE to get along with everyone due to frequency differences and what I call lack of energetic compatibility. I do see often with dating and relationships- there's nothing “wrong” it's just you're not energetically compatible, naturally.
Spirit World Sessions are set up to EMPOWER you in psychic sensing and energetic discernment so you may learn to navigate the not so nice energies with poise, grace and empowerment.
I think we have all had someone in our lives who JUST WON'T QUIT! And eventually we have lost our cool and made an absolute dick of ourselves as we got PULLED into someone else's energy and frequency!
When this happens with “blown up” or “ out of control” conflicts- it is like watching two energies try and “battle it out” against each other- this is when you get intense “my way or the highway” conflicts or energetic battles where someone is OVERPOWERING your frequency and energy- trying to enforce a certain choice or action onto you.
Usually, this points to incredible spiritual immaturity ( or laziness when someone would rather have YOU do what they don't want to do e.g care take their emotions or life choices) in that person has yet to realize that YOU are not experiencing life in the same way they are, and that you indeed do have other things to focus on other then them! When one lacks spiritual empowerment, basic human rights understandings, manners, respect and boundaries for THEMSELVES they will most likely treat people in the way THEY are experiencing life.
A lot of conflicts happen when there is NO resonance with someone and we fail to “understand” or “connect” into that person's energy. This is when something like “power plays” begin to happen or someone seemingly out of nowhere decides to target or attack you- and depending on how spiritually aware and energetically sensitive you are - this can FEEL like a psychic attack . Psychic attacks also happen- and its routine when you are going through some spiritual initiation into more empowerment that energies around you are going to “push back” and you are going to get some interference !
Someone has energetically ENCROACHED upon your energy and aura- and have CROSSED A BOUNDARY and you are now FEELING this person's energy in YOUR aura and life!
When these situations happen - the energy and spiritual effects of these things can stay in the aura for WEEKS. This is when you constantly replay the situation- if you could have handled better, were you out of line, and we over think it because the energetic experience was so overwhelming we find it hard to move on from the situation and from that person- while the other person seemly is largely unaware and unaffected by how they have affected YOU! It is like having that person’s energy “stuck” in your aura- this is why you want to be very discerning with sexual partners!
It is easier to navigate these situations when we can see there are such things as immaturity and maturity in the soul energies.
For this reason- I say you can never LOVE everyone or be friends with everyone- because right now in The Earthly Realm that is not a commonsense reality.
We are all wanting different things and working towards different life experiences with our intuition and some are more in tune and spiritually open than others. Usually when you are more mature in the soul, you are aware this does not make you “better” than someone else! But it is important to see where BETTER more supportive energies are for you!
Spirit World Sessions are for those who are perhaps a little more sensitive, a little more aware of energy around them, and strive to come from manners and self respect- but seemingly get “caught” in VERY disrespectful conflicts that end up draining you and your energy !
When there is such a thing as an energetic difference- this is when we need to learn to navigate energies around us and begin to READ and DISCERN who is sitting in front of us and if it is worth the time and the energy.
For many- ( and I would say if you resonate with my work) you are actively wanting to build a fulfilling, happy and healthy life- and are putting in the direction and effort towards things when life can be better suited to who you are. This means you are most likely a little more in tune then most and are actively engaging in your life path in a healthy manner or at least trying to!
However- as we know- there are energies and people that are actively DISENGAGED from adding more positivity, love and respect to The Earthly Realm. This is a dying consciousness here- DINOSAUR CONSCIOUSNESS- in what we are currently trying to evolve out of- and the reality is it is most likely going to stay this way for the remainder of our incarnation! Evolution TAKES TIME! But we CAN choose to educate ourselves and choose something more supportive, and that's where discernment comes in.
This includes our political systems, way of life, food and what our goals and desires are. We are in a VERY unique time here in The Earthly Realm where many are beginning to feel ( especially after those lock downs) and get redirected by something that has more meaning, pleasure, fun and fulfillment for the soul. If you are in your 30’s and 40’s you most likely grew up with parents in the generation above whose values and ways of life just DO NOT suit us - and there is a MASSIVE generation gap that is hard to bridge- as the consciousness of OUR generation ( in general- and if you resonate with my work) is VERY different to the previous generations consciousness- in many ways we are the “change makers” and it's a little hard and trying when we want better things yet we feel we are battling against negativity and draining energies constantly around us.
This is when we find it HARD to align with positivity, we find it hard to “get things moving” in life, and instead we seem to get caught in care taking, people who seem to take take take energetically and we can’t get a good business flow going, we can't get a good financial flow, we get caught up in demanding and draining people and situations that are TAKING life from us instead of adding to it.
Spirit World Sessions is a DEEP DIVE into energetic discernment, draining and trying energies and in a very simple way it's about getting a spiritual backbone and gaining more clarity and decisiveness about what energies your willing to tolerate in YOUR life and how you want to experience YOUR incarnation.
Without a professional to help you understand energies, a lot of us are absolutely sitting in what I call “psychic poop” (or more politely “ bad energy”) of other people and we find it hard to separate off from others projections, wants and desires for our lives and “carve out” a life path with our own direction, intuition and spiritual clarity.
While we can most certainly traverse The Earthly Realm with love and light- we also need to be realistic and common sense and see things as they are for our intuitive and psychic senses to help us and empower us.
I have talked about spiritual by-passing in my latest youtube video that you can watch here and how when we fail to see the reality of things ( very clear cut energy reading abilities) we can get caught in delusion and rather silly unsupportive energies and begin to create our lives off that energy we are “choosing” to “play” with.
A lot of this comes down to understanding energies like codependency, leeching, sticky energies, understanding there are different types of people on this earth, and understanding that YOUR energy deserves just as much respect and consideration - a lot of the times we are taught that “ others come first “ and it is “nice” to put others thoughts and feelings ahead of your own.
This only works if the energy or interaction is MUTUAL or complementary to YOUR natural frequency- and when it is not respectful both ways that is when disempowerment, hurts, pains, annoyance, energy draining and also… a lot of DENIAL takes place! Especially in a relationship where you just do not want to see maybe a partner or a family member as they are -even though you may not be enjoying them because that would mean you need to enforce a boundary or make a life decision that's going to change the course of where you're going! AND upset someone else!

These sessions can also be used if you have taken some type of substance or gone to a retreat and have struggled to re-integrate yourself back into the everyday world or you haven't felt “ quite right” after you came back. This is a sign the retreat leader had no idea what they were doing, and most likely did not CARE professionally for you and your energy or support you correctly.
It is actually very important to have after-support if you are taking something because what happens is that it is usually after a few weeks for the experience for things to start coming up and you may not be understanding what's going on- it can be hard if you have gone back into work or family and you do not have the right support in navigating that. For this reason I have a gripe with the “retreat” scene and it's important you use your discernment. For this reason- The Business Directory will be set up for you to find support from other healers and intuitives who know what they are doing. Entities are also rife in spiritually unclean retreats. EEK! Just because it says it’s “spiritual” it does not mean the energies clean!
These Spirit World Sessions are great for business individuals too, may I add! I have seen great things happen when a business owner begins to understand energies in this way and begin to read where abundant energies lie.
Ideally, in a spiritually mature society- these things would be taught to us around about the age of 16- when we go through puberty our aura begins to want to take up more space and accommodate the opening energies of the chakras- so we would need to begin to learn how to manage our energy and how to create our own psychic and energetic space with confidence and poise- and learn to ASK for that space if we need it.
If you have a teen going through puberty a regular psychic medium session may suit them perfectly. Have a read here for teens. A lot of teens, if spiritually sensitive may start to receive “spirit contact” from an opening aura- which can very overwhelming to experience.
A lot of us did not get adequate spiritual support through important milestones in our lives- so as adults in today's stimulated world we may immensely struggle in HEARING our own intuitive guidance and connecting to higher, more in alignment and supportive energies such as our spiritual support team or spirit guides, and understanding the difference in psychic FEELING when it comes to energies and trusting what you are picking up on.
The great thing about these sessions is that you also get VERY in depth notes after your session, tailored to YOU and a wealth of helpful techniques that can GREATLY benefit your life and aligning with healthier more supportive energies. I work as a channel/ link in these sessions and I also run them a little differently to a regular psychic medium session - these sessions are about “ figuring it out” together!

Once you begin to understand that a demon is actually incredibly spiritually stupid and that all we need is some VERY good boundaries and a clear NO THANK YOU I don’t want you here- we can begin to enjoy The Earthly Realm a little more once we have the basic foundations of working with energy!
For me, being highly clairvoyant, psychically sensitive and empathic ( and feeling incredibly FEARFUL about being in the earthly realm) - I struggled immensely until I understood and had the clear foundations myself- for me personally, I wish I had someone to go to to help me when I started having very intense dreams around the age of 28 and began “star traveling” off to other realms in my dreams- while trying to maintain a job and pay my rent!
Spirit World Sessions are something I wish I had ! I also found that the more I began to tell people about my abilities and spiritual connection the more people began to tell me about theirs and what they experience! For a lot of us, we are very quietly intuitive and sensitive, we just don't discuss it!
